We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll help.

Returns (Eligibility)

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong, or

  • Item is not as described

To qualify (where applicable), items must be unused and in original condition/packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Personal care/hygiene items (if opened/used)

  • Items damaged by misuse/normal wear

  • Orders with incorrect address provided by customer

Damaged / Defective / Wrong Item

Report within 48 hours of delivery to: info@vastivostore.com
Include: order number + photos/video.
If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Change-of-Mind Returns

If approved, item must be unused and in original packaging.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer

  • Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable

Do not return items without contacting us first (unapproved returns may not be processed).

Refund Processing

After approval/inspection, refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
Banks/payment providers may take additional time to reflect funds.

Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the order is processed/shipped.
If already shipped, you’ll need to follow the return process after delivery.
